LEDENI PARK

As the night falls over Zagreb in December, a magical transformation takes place, and we begin our journey leaving behind the grand Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor - the main train station, wrapped in soft golden lights. The air is crisp, and the atmosphere is alive with the sounds of Christmas. In the distance, we catch our first glimpse of Ledeni Park, Zagreb’s iconic outdoor ice rink. Twinkling fairy lights guide our path as we move closer, revealing a dazzling, long ice track that winds gracefully around the square like a glistening ribbon of holiday cheer.

We walk slowly, taking in the sights and sounds of this winter wonderland. Families laugh as they glide across the ice, and couples hold hands, their skates carving patterns in the rink. The scene is framed by elegant architecture, glowing lights, and the backdrop of Zagreb’s historic charm.

Now, we make our way to a raised platform - a perfect vantage point to admire the bustling square. Here, cozy wooden stalls offer local treats, and the scent of warm fritule, Croatia’s beloved Christmas doughnuts, wafts through the air. These tiny, golden bites, sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzled with chocolate, are a must-try. Pair them with a steaming cup of mulled wine, or “kuhano vino,” infused with cinnamon, cloves, and orange zest. There’s also hot cocoa and herbal teas for those seeking non-alcoholic delights.

From this platform, the view is simply enchanting. Below, the ice rink stretches endlessly, surrounded by more glowing stalls, inviting laughter, and the hum of holiday tunes. The square, known as King Tomislav Square, is a historic gem. It’s named after Croatia’s first king and adorned with the striking Art Pavilion - a masterpiece of late 19th-century architecture. Its golden-yellow façade gleams against the night sky, adding a regal touch to the festive setting.

The Art Pavilion, a symbol of cultural heritage, has hosted countless exhibitions over the years, and its presence here is a reminder of Zagreb’s blend of tradition and modernity. This square has always been a meeting place, but during the Christmas season, it truly comes alive, capturing the hearts of both locals and visitors.

Descending from the platform, we stroll along rows of wooden houses, each beautifully uniform and modern in design. Clear signs on the stalls make it easy to spot where you can find Christmas specialties - whether it’s hearty Croatian sausages, sweet pastries, or festive drinks. The uniformity of the houses gives a sense of cohesion, yet each one offers a unique flavor of the holiday spirit.

STROSSMAYER PARK

Leaving behind the enchanting glow of Ledeni Park, we continue our journey through the festive streets of Zagreb. Our next stop: the charming Strossmayer Park, a beloved part of Zagreb’s Advent celebration.

As we approach, here are some historical facts to enrich your experience. The park is named after Josip Juraj Strossmayer, a prominent 19th-century Croatian bishop, politician, and cultural figure. He played a vital role in promoting education, arts, and Croatian identity. This area, nestled between two historic squares, has long been a space for relaxation and cultural gatherings, making it an ideal spot for Christmas festivities today.

Now, as we step into Strossmayer Park, you’ll notice its unique character compared to Ledeni Park. The decorations here are vibrant and whimsical, with big, colorful Christmas balls suspended from the trees, casting a playful glow on the pathways. The stalls here are equally charming, showcasing a variety of offerings from local artisans, food vendors, and festive drink stands.

Each stall is beautifully marked with signs that clearly display what’s on offer and at what price, making it easy to plan your holiday treats and gifts. Whether you’re craving traditional Croatian delicacies, like freshly baked paprenjak cookies, or you’re looking for handmade ornaments to take home, you’ll find something special here.

Our goal isn’t just to walk you through the market - it’s to provide a complete guide to Zagreb’s Christmas experience. You might discover a stall selling fragrant lavender products, a hallmark of Croatia’s coastal heritage, or perhaps a vendor offering hearty sarma, a winter dish of stuffed cabbage rolls that warms both the body and soul.

As you explore, the park feels more intimate and cozy, yet still alive with the festive spirit. From cheerful vendors greeting you with a smile to the playful sparkle of lights overhead, Strossmayer Park offers a delightful contrast to the grandeur of Ledeni Park.

Following the logical sequence of our tour, we’ll soon move toward the heart of Zagreb - Ban Jelačić Square - and then climb to the Upper Town, where even more surprises await. These destinations are carefully chosen to give you a complete and unforgettable Advent experience, blending history, culture, and holiday magic.

But before that, our next destination is Zrinjevac Park, a true jewel in Zagreb’s Christmas celebration. As we continue, the path ahead is framed by an illuminated arch, inviting us to step into another world of sparkling lights and seasonal delights.

ZRINJEVAC PARK

As we leave behind the charm of Strossmayer Park, we make our way to the next highlight of Zagreb’s Advent celebrations: the stunning Zrinjevac Park. Known for its majestic tree-lined pathways and timeless elegance, Zrinjevac transforms into a magical Christmas setting each December, capturing the hearts of visitors and locals alike.

The moment you step into Zrinjevac, you’ll notice how the atmosphere shifts yet again. The Christmas stalls here maintain a uniform shape and color, blending harmoniously with the park’s historic surroundings, but they carry a distinct design compared to those in the previous parks. Each stall is adorned with subtle festive touches, offering a perfect mix of tradition and modernity.

This is the ideal place to pick up a Christmas memento. We couldn’t resist and found a beautiful ornament to take home - a small token to hang on our tree, reminding us of the magical moments we’ve shared here in Zagreb. The stalls also cater to children with delightful candies and sweet treats, while the ones closer to the park’s center invite you to indulge in local food and seasonal delicacies. From roasted chestnuts to savory štrukli, every bite is a taste of Croatia’s rich culinary heritage.

Zrinjevac Park stands out for two distinctive features. First is its musical stage, a centerpiece of the park’s Christmas celebrations. Live performances of carols, jazz, and classical pieces add to the enchanting ambiance, filling the air with melodies that perfectly complement the season. To help you plan your visit, we’ve included a link to the official Advent program in the description tab below: https://www.adventzagreb.hr/en/.

The second highlight is the illuminated decorations scattered throughout the park. These unique displays are a feast for the eyes, with shapes ranging from an elegant harp to a glowing piano, and more surprises as you walk around. Each installation is carefully placed to invite exploration and admiration, adding an artistic flair to the festive vibe.

While we soak in the beauty of Zrinjevac, let’s take a moment to appreciate its history. Officially known as Nikola Šubić Zrinski Square, this park is one of Zagreb’s oldest and most beloved green spaces. It was established in the late 19th century as part of the city’s Green Horseshoe, a series of interconnected parks and squares that form the heart of Zagreb’s urban design. The fountains, pathways, and lush plane trees here have witnessed generations of gatherings, and during Christmas, Zrinjevac truly shines as a timeless cultural hub.

SANTA TRAM

This year, the Zagreb Electric Tram will further enrich Zagreb's Advent offer with unique rides for our youngest citizens.

In order to ensure a true winter fairy tale experience, the recognizable Merry Christmas Tram is once again being put into service. Due to extremely high demand, there will be two Merry Christmas Trams on the streets of Zagreb this Advent, which will spread the holiday spirit through our city with attractive rides.

Santa Claus, fairies and elves will welcome our youngest passengers and their companions in a tourist tram from 1924, which is a reminder of the rich transportation tradition, as well as in a modern low-floor tram NT 2300. The 30-minute ride includes a play with Santa Claus and his helpers, and sweets will also be distributed to our youngest citizens and visitors.

The Merry Christmas Trams will be in service from Sunday, December 1, to Tuesday, January 7. During this period, trams will run every 15 minutes, from Monday to Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., on Fridays from 12 to 4 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. . Trams will depart from the corner of Praška Street and Trg bana Josip Jelačića, where there will be a ticket booth, and will run along the route from Trg bana Josip Jelačića, Ilica to Ulice Republike Austrije, Jukićeva and Mihanovićeva via Zrinjevac back to the starting station . The ticket price is 5 euros .

JOSIP JELACIC SQUARE

Welcome to Ban Jelačić Square, the heart of Zagreb and one of the most iconic spots in the city! All roads seem to lead here, and that’s no coincidence. This vibrant square is where locals and visitors converge, especially during the Christmas season when it transforms into a magical holiday hub.

We suggested following our route from the ice skating rink to arrive here, but rest assured - this is far from the end of our journey. It’s incredibly easy to reach this square since many tram lines stop here. However, in December, some schedules may change due to the festive events. How did we figure that out? Well, we heard the tram driver announce something in Croatian just before reaching the square. Not understanding the language completely, we noticed many passengers getting off, so we did too! It’s all part of the adventure and charm of exploring Zagreb during Advent.

As we step into the square, you’ll notice the lively atmosphere created by the rows of food and drink stalls, each one beautifully decorated and offering festive treats. From sizzling sausages and traditional Croatian dishes to mulled wine and sweet pastries, the aromas alone are enough to draw you in. Surrounding these stalls are both natural evergreen trees and those adorned with dazzling Christmas lights and ornaments, creating a stunning blend of nature and holiday spirit.

The square offers countless photo opportunities, and it’s wonderful to see people of all ages embracing the festive spirit. Whether it’s posing in front of a glowing tree, capturing the lively scenes of the market, or simply enjoying the historic charm of the square, there’s no shortage of memories to be made here.

Speaking of history, let’s take a closer look at the story of Ban Jelačić Square as we continue to explore its Christmas beauty.

The square is named after Josip Jelačić, a 19th-century Croatian nobleman and military leader. His statue, proudly standing at the center of the square, commemorates his role in Croatian history. Born in 1801, Jelačić became a key figure during turbulent times, known for uniting Croatian territories and defending the country’s autonomy. His statue, originally erected in 1866, faced the challenges of political changes - it was removed in 1947 during Yugoslav rule and returned to the square in 1990 after Croatia gained independence.

The square itself dates back to the 17th century, evolving from a marketplace to the bustling hub we see today. Over the years, it has witnessed countless historic events, from political rallies to cultural celebrations. During Advent, it takes on a new identity, becoming a place of joy, community, and festive wonder.

Surrounding the square, you’ll find historic Croatian cafes and shops, adding to its charm. These cafes have been a gathering place for locals for decades, where people come to sip coffee, share stories, and watch the world go by. If you have time, take a moment to step into one of these timeless establishments. They offer a perfect blend of nostalgia and Croatian hospitality.

As we wander further, take note of the stalls lining the square, each offering unique items that make perfect gifts or souvenirs. From handcrafted ornaments and jewelry to locally made chocolates and wine, there’s something for everyone. The prices are clearly marked, making it easy to find treasures within your budget.

And don’t forget to try some traditional Christmas delicacies! Warm yourself with a glass of kuhano vino, Croatia’s take on mulled wine, or treat yourself to fritule, those bite-sized doughnuts we’ve mentioned before. The food here isn’t just delicious - it’s a cultural experience, offering a taste of Croatia’s rich culinary traditions.

While Ban Jelačić Square is undoubtedly a highlight of Zagreb’s Advent celebration, it’s just one piece of the puzzle. From here, our tour will continue to the Upper Town, where even more surprises await. Think twinkling lights, historic streets, and hidden gems that bring a sense of wonder and discovery to your holiday adventure.

We encourage you to follow the full sequence of our tour, as each stop reveals a unique aspect of Zagreb’s Christmas charm. Whether it’s the ice skating rink, the Santa Tram, or the historic cafes, every moment contributes to the magic of this festive city.

But don’t let your exploration stop here in the main square - there’s so much more to discover just beyond its lively center! Whichever direction you choose, whether left or right, you’ll find yourself immersed in even more festive magic.

You can take a stroll along the charming, pedestrianized Ul. Pavla Radića, a street that comes alive at night with the warm glow of lights and the bustling energy of holiday shoppers and visitors. This path leads us toward the Old Town, where history and tradition blend seamlessly with the Christmas spirit.

As we continue along this route, the street itself invites exploration, with its quaint shops, cozy cafes, and occasional glimpses of Zagreb’s rich architectural heritage. Eventually, this path will guide us to the Zagreb City Museum, which has been beautifully transformed for the season, hosting festive events and displays that add another layer of enchantment to your journey.

You can then return back at the central square, Ban Jelačić Square, because it’s simply the most convenient starting point for organizing your walking tour of Zagreb’s Christmas magic. It’s not just the heart of the city geographically - it’s also where the festive energy truly converges.

As we’ve mentioned, there’s so much more to discover beyond the main square itself. For our next stop, we’ll take a stroll to the right side, heading toward European Square.

European Square is another highlight of Zagreb’s Advent celebrations, and it offers a more intimate setting while still brimming with holiday spirit. You’ll find traditional Christmas stalls here, similar in style to those at Ban Jelačić Square but with their own unique selection of festive treats and gifts. From warm pastries to handcrafted ornaments, it’s a perfect spot to pick up something special for yourself or your loved ones.

Here’s a little tip that might come in handy: Just behind the row of Christmas stalls, there’s a public toilet, open 24 hours a day! After indulging in all that warm mulled wine or delicious local specialties, this could be a very welcome stop on your tour.

While you’re in the area, don’t miss the chance to take in the proximity of one of Zagreb’s most iconic landmarks - the Cathedral of Zagreb. At the time we visited, the cathedral was undergoing restoration, but it remains an awe-inspiring sight. Its twin spires, though partially scaffolded, still rise high above the city, a testament to its historic and architectural significance.

The Cathedral of Zagreb, also known as the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is not just a place of worship but a symbol of Croatia’s resilience. It has weathered earthquakes, wars, and centuries of history, and its ongoing restoration ensures it will continue to inspire generations to come.

OLD TOWN

We begin our journey at the Kapela Kamenita Vrata, or the Chapel of the Stone Gate, one of Zagreb’s most sacred and historic landmarks. This charming chapel is tucked within the Old Town, and its quiet, reverent atmosphere invites visitors to pause and reflect.

We’re leaving the Zagrebačka Uspinjača, Zagreb’s famous funicular, behind us - a short but delightful ride that takes you up to the Upper Town in just over a minute. Known as one of the shortest funiculars in the world, it’s a unique and convenient way to ascend the hill while enjoying a bit of Zagreb’s charm. Operating since 1890, it’s not just a mode of transportation but also a piece of the city’s history.

If you’re looking for a fun and easy way to experience the transition from the bustling Lower Town to the historic Upper Town, the funicular is definitely worth trying!

We then move inside the courtyard of Klovićevi Dvori Gallery, a space that has been beautifully transformed into a festive ballroom for the holiday season. The air is filled with the sound of both traditional Croatian songs and international Christmas classics, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As you can see in our included video, people are dancing, laughing, and fully embracing the holiday spirit - an unforgettable scene of joy and togetherness.

The Klovićevi Dvori Gallery itself is one of Zagreb’s most prominent cultural institutions, housed in a historic 17th-century Jesuit monastery. Throughout the year, it hosts a wide array of art exhibitions, showcasing works from Croatian and international artists alike. This gallery has earned its reputation as a hub for creativity and culture, drawing visitors with its rich history and inspiring exhibits.

During Advent, the gallery takes on a new life, blending its artistic heritage with the magic of the season. Whether you’re here to enjoy the festive ballroom or explore its renowned exhibitions, this spot offers a unique and memorable experience for all.

We’ve stepped back outside to the Klovićevi Dvori Gallery’s panoramic promenade, offering one of the best views in Zagreb. Even though it’s a bit foggy tonight, we can still catch glimpses of the majestic Zagreb Cathedral, its spires rising high above the city.

The cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece, is the tallest building in Croatia and a true symbol of Zagreb. Despite undergoing restoration, it remains an awe-inspiring sight, standing as a testament to the city's history and resilience.

From here, you can also see the rooftops and streets of Zagreb, beautifully lit for the season, creating a magical atmosphere that’s perfect for photos or just soaking in the festive charm.

But that’s not all - this isn’t just a scenic stop. We’ll soon show you how to navigate to this fantastic Advent area, so stay with us as our journey continues!

Here’s another secret gem for you to discover during your Zagreb Advent exploration! If you’re not in the mood to climb stairs to the Upper Town, there’s an easier and far more charming alternative. Head over to the entrance of the historic Hotel Jägerhorn, just a few meters to the left of the main square.

As you step into its cozy courtyard, you’ll find a delightful collection of shops offering everything from stylish clothing to warm drinks and festive treats. It’s a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the square, perfect for those looking to take a break and soak in a different side of Zagreb’s charm. Naturally, if you plan to sit outside in the courtyard to enjoy a coffee or mulled wine, you’ll need to bundle up! When we visited, the temperature at night hovered close to zero degrees, adding to the winter wonderland vibe.

Now, here’s an extra tip: Before heading back to the main square, don’t miss the artistic transformation on the steps leading up to the Upper Town, part of the Okolo//Around project. This initiative brings art to unexpected corners of Zagreb, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences.

Let’s expand on Okolo//Around as we descend these very steps, back toward the glowing main square via Ul. Pavla Radića. This project is a celebration of art and creativity, designed to encourage both locals and visitors to explore Zagreb with fresh eyes. These steps, in particular, have been reimagined with vibrant artwork, subtle lighting, and playful designs that blend beautifully with the festive decorations of the season.

As you walk down, take your time to appreciate the small details - every corner seems to tell its own story. The illuminated path ahead guides us back toward the lively streets below, where holiday cheer fills the air.

This connection between the Old Town and the main square becomes even more magical during Advent, as the blend of history, art, and Christmas spirit truly makes Zagreb unforgettable. So, keep exploring, and don’t forget to look for these hidden gems along the way!

ESPLANADE HOTEL

We’ve arrived at the Esplanade Hotel, an iconic and luxurious landmark in Zagreb that has fully embraced the Advent festivities. Right outside, you’ll find a beautiful illuminated sign that reads “Kiss me here” beneath a glowing arch. It’s the perfect spot to create a cherished holiday memory - so grab your loved one, take a selfie, and let this magical moment become part of your Zagreb story!

The Esplanade Hotel itself has a rich history, dating back to 1925, when it was built to accommodate passengers traveling on the luxurious Orient Express. Over the years, it has become synonymous with elegance, hosting countless dignitaries, celebrities, and travelers seeking its timeless charm.

During Advent, the hotel participates in the celebrations with style. The stalls here are different from the ones you’ll find elsewhere - they have a more refined and elegant design, fitting for such a prestigious location. But don’t let that intimidate you - the food and drink prices are still comparable to those at other markets.

We couldn’t resist sampling some local wine here. A quick tip: If you decide to sit and enjoy your drink, don’t forget to return the glass to the appropriate stall afterward - it’s a small but important gesture to keep the holiday spirit running smoothly!

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Ledeni Park, where we began our tour. If you’d like to start your journey here instead, it’s easy to get to - just hop on a tram and stop at the main train station, Glavni Kolodvor, which is only a short walk away.

The Esplanade Hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination that captures the elegance and history of Zagreb while fully immersing itself in the joyful Christmas atmosphere.

GRIC TUNNEL

We’re now walking through the enchanting Grič Tunnel, a unique part of Zagreb’s Advent celebrations. This tunnel, which you can only enter from the western side, is a one-way walkway that leads you to the exit at Ulaz Radićeva. From there, it’s just a short stroll back to the central square, making this a perfect detour for your Christmas exploration.

Right in the heart of the tunnel, you’ll find a beautifully decorated area, filled with twinkling lights, ornaments, and Christmas-themed displays. It’s a magical transformation that feels almost like stepping into a winter wonderland beneath the city. Many visitors stop here to take photos, soaking in the unique atmosphere that blends history and holiday cheer.

The Grič Tunnel itself has a fascinating history. Built during World War II as a bomb shelter and later repurposed for pedestrian use, it has become an integral part of Zagreb’s urban landscape. Its transformation during Advent adds yet another layer to its story, turning this historical space into a symbol of joy and celebration.

As we near the exit at Radićeva Street, you’ll see how seamlessly this tunnel connects the Upper Town to the lively central square below.

CROATIAN NATIONAL THEATRE

We’re now walking to the magnificent Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, a true architectural gem that becomes even more enchanting during the Christmas season. The building is beautifully illuminated, with lights highlighting its grand Baroque Revival façade, giving it a fairytale-like appearance. Flanking the entrance are oversized nutcracker figures, standing tall as if guarding this cultural treasure. They add a whimsical holiday touch, making it a must-visit spot for photos - especially at night when the lights bring the scene to life.

The theatre itself, known locally as Hrvatsko Narodno Kazalište, has a rich history. It was inaugurated in 1895 by Emperor Franz Joseph I and has since been a cornerstone of Croatian culture, hosting countless opera, ballet, and drama performances. Its distinctive yellow façade and elegant dome have made it one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks.

The surrounding area is equally picturesque. The theatre sits at the heart of Republic of Croatia Square, a lush, green space that offers a peaceful escape during the day and a romantic atmosphere at night. Nearby, you’ll find the iconic Well of Life fountain, a masterpiece by renowned Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović.

ZAGREB CITY MUSEUM

As we step through the doors of the Zagreb City Museum, we’re greeted by a charming, festively decorated courtyard. The space is alive with holiday spirit, featuring beautifully adorned Christmas trees, games, and vintage toys that capture the essence of the season.

In the center, you’ll find cozy seating areas around barrels, perfect for enjoying a warm drink from one of the nearby bars or stands. It’s a lively yet intimate setting, blending the joy of Christmas with the museum's historical ambiance.

The Zagreb City Museum, housed in a former convent dating back to the 17th century, offers a deep dive into the city’s past. Its exhibits trace Zagreb’s development from its medieval roots to its modern-day vibrancy, making it a fascinating stop for history enthusiasts.

TESLA MONUMENT AND DECORATIONS AROUND

Zagreb has so much more to offer, and we’re just scratching the surface! There’s no filler here - in fact, we had to carefully select what to include to give you the best possible experience. This city truly knows how to make Christmas feel special, with every corner bringing new surprises and festive delights.

We’re heading toward Petar Preradović Square, commonly referred to as Flower Square. As we walk, you’ll notice the lively café bars surrounding the square, beautifully decorated and filled with people enjoying the season. The outdoor seating areas are equipped with heaters to keep you warm, but don’t forget your cozy winter layers - it’s still chilly out here!

Dominating the square is the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, a beautiful 19th-century Orthodox church. Its distinctive façade, with golden accents and a unique architectural style, makes it a striking feature of this area. The church is a peaceful retreat amidst the holiday buzz, offering a moment of calm reflection for visitors.

On the other side of the square, you’ll find the Centar Cvjetni, a modern shopping mall. It’s a convenient stop if you’re looking for last-minute gifts, local souvenirs, or simply want to warm up indoors. With a mix of high-end and casual stores, it’s a blend of contemporary shopping and Zagreb’s holiday spirit.

We soon reach a fascinating stop in Zagreb’s Advent journey - the Nikola Tesla statue. This bronze sculpture pays tribute to the legendary inventor and electrical pioneer, who was born in what is now Croatia. Tesla’s contributions to science and technology have made him a global icon, and this statue celebrates his extraordinary legacy.

As you admire it, look down and notice the striking mural painted on the pavement at the intersection of Preradovićeva and Masarykova Street. This vibrant piece of street art was created by the world-famous artist Slaven Kosanović Lunar, known for his bold use of color and playful designs. The mural adds a dynamic, modern touch to the area, blending perfectly with the festive spirit of the city and creating a popular spot for photos.

Now, if you continue walking, you’ll see something truly unique: ghost-like festive installations that seem to float. These ethereal decorations, made of sheer white fabric and softly illuminated from within, create a dreamlike atmosphere along the path. They sway gently with the breeze, their shapes hinting at figures from folklore or perhaps angels watching over the city during the holiday season.

These installations add a mystical quality to the festive streets, inviting you to slow down and take in their delicate beauty. It’s a perfect reminder of how Zagreb blends creativity and tradition in its Advent celebrations. Every corner of this city has something magical waiting to be discovered!

CITY CENTER AT NIGHT

As our journey through Zagreb’s Advent celebrations comes to an end, let’s take a moment to recap everything we’ve explored. From the enchanting Ledeni Park with its ice-skating rink and magical lights to the Grič Tunnel and the historic charm of the old town, Zagreb has proven to be a city that truly knows how to celebrate Christmas.

We wandered through festive streets, admired beautifully decorated squares like Petar Preradović Square and Ban Jelačić Square, and experienced unique stops like the Santa Tram, the courtyard of the Zagreb City Museum, and the elegant atmosphere at the Esplanade Hotel. Along the way, we discovered hidden gems like the mural by Slaven Kosanović Lunar, the glowing ghost-like decorations, and panoramic views from the Klovićevi Dvori Gallery.

Zagreb’s Advent isn’t just about decorations - it’s about an entire city coming alive with joy, tradition, and creativity. Whether it’s the delicious food, warm drinks, unique gifts, or simply the festive ambiance, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy.

As we conclude, we’re taking a final stroll through one of Zagreb’s other central streets. While it might not be as lively as the main squares we’ve seen, it’s still adorned with decorations that capture the magic of Advent. These quieter corners of the city add their own charm, reminding us that the holiday spirit truly spreads throughout Zagreb, even beyond the most popular spots.
