How To Get There
The museum is situated in the heart of Stockholm, making it easily accessible by public transportation or by foot. You can find it at Sergels Torg 2, near the city's popular attractions. Step off at Central Station, and you are just a short stroll away from the musical journey of a lifetime. The distance is less than 700 meters from there.
Ticket Prices
Tickets for the Avicii Experience can be purchased online, with prices varying depending on the time of booking and any available discounts. As for the cost, it's 199 Swedish Krona, or about 18 euros for adults and 99 Swedish Krona, or roughly 9 euros for kids 7-15. That's a decent price to experience a whole new world of music, right? Opening Hours
The Avicii Experience is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the museum closed on Christmas Day. Exceptional opening hours may apply on certain holidays, such as Christmas Eve, when the museum is open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It generally takes 60 to 90 minutes to walk around the interactive exhibition. Booking online means you have to start the visit at the time your ticket mentions.
What To See
Once inside the museum, you'll embark
on an interactive journey through Avicii's life and musical career, from his
boyhood room to world tours.
The exhibition is in English and
features:
Personal Items: The museum showcases
many of Tim's items, including a replica of his boyhood room with paintings and
instruments.
Interactive Experiences: Visitors can
experience the feeling of DJ-ing in front of thousands of screaming fans,
singing VR karaoke, and creating their mix of Avicii's famous songs.
Unreleased Music: The museum offers a chance to listen to unreleased music and learn about the artist's creative process.
One ticket - Two
Experiences
There is a combo ticket option, giving you access to both ABBA The Museum and Avicii Experience for 48 hours. This combination ticket is only available from October – March, with prices starting at 379 SEK, which roughly equates to 34 euros. ABBA The Museum is open every day from 10:00 AM.
