The museum is located at the main square, within a traditional stone building.

 

It Opened in 1986 and can be visited on weekends.

 

It displays tools & Items from the rich history and culture of the local area.

 

Citizens have donated many of the museum's contents.

 

The statue outside commemorates Mathios Potagas, an 18 years-old boy killed by the Nazis during the Axis occupation of Greece.
