first Sunday of each month (October – March).
Free entrance for all under 26 on Friday evenings (6:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.)

Musée du louvre offers free admission to all visitors under 18.
Unemployed (with proof) or disabled visitors and their guest.
Louvre is closed on Tuesdays.
On Wednesdays and Fridays, the Musee du Louvre
is open until 9:45 p.m. with a reduced ticket price.
Skip The Line Online Louvre tickets are available but cost about 50% more.
Café Mollien on the 1st floor landing of the Mollien staircase
offers a good view on the Carrousel Gardens
and the Pyramid.
To avoid the Pyramid entrance queue for the Paris Louvre,
try the Carousel du Louvre
shopping center entrance, On Rue de
Rivoli.
With almost
10.000.000 visitors per year, the Louvre is easily
the most visited museum in
the world, opened on 1793.
60.000 square meters of space for the exhibited collections mean that
you will have to
choose what to visit in advance!
More than 35.000 works of art are displayed in The Louvre Museum.
Just do the math for
the time needed to admire all of them!
